Our Story
STUDIO 1429 was created as a space for the community — a warehouse transformed into a venue where people can come together, be creative, and host their own events. From intimate gatherings and workshops to seminars, functions, birthdays, private celebrations, meetings, and classes, this space was designed to be flexible and inspiring.
STUDIO 1429 was officially opened on Sunday, 21 September 2025, by Founder - Ken Luu and Co-Founder Susanna Luu. Their vision was to not only make this space available for the public but also to integrate it with their own businesses (Akina Home loans & Red Pocket Realty) within the same complex — with offices located upstairs and the event space is available for hire downstairs as well as the mezzanine.
To celebrate the launch, we are offering the space FREE OF CHARGE for a limited time only*. After this introductory period, a booking fee will apply.
